Customer experience presentation

I am invited by one of our Business Partners to do a "customer experience" presentation.
This is something new to me. I've done some technical demo's for a couple of peers. But these guys were also technical folks, so they understand most of slang you spill at them.
Now however, i am asked to speek to IT managers, IT architects and the likes Embarassed.
I've never done a presentation for this kind of audience. I am quite excited en am looking forward to my new personal challenge. 
I guess this is part of the evolution a storage manager (or IT specialist in general) goes through.
